1. Well, you can't break them! They're indestructible! Wonderland takes its guests' fun very seriously, and as such the Wonderbux gems are super hardy. They can be lost, but no one else can use another person's gem. Each gem only lights up for its designated owner.
2. Cheating, being rude to the carnival workers, and being a party pooper will land you in the Reeducation Ride. Violence and property destruction land you in the Punk Tank.
3. The elves don't really know the names of the manager and his son. Particularly not the elves who are here to play. If you visited a carnival, would you remember the name of the manager and his kid? Would you even notice them? The elves who work at the carnival call the manager sir and just shrug when asked about the kid's name. The result of any further pushing will come at the whims of RNG.
