The surroundings of the drunk tank aren't warded, but there are a number of signs surrounding the tank which read ANY INDIVIDUAL CAUGHT TELEPORTING OR PUNNING WITHIN 50 FEET OF THIS SIGN WILL BE FINED 100 WONDERBUX. Hopefully Sayori wins big so she can spend big . . . it'd be pretty punlucky for her otherwise.
