Field Mission 5: . . . ?
While we are not dropping the mission dossier just yet, we are on a fact-finding mission! Pretty soon all of you will be playing big and, occasionally, losing big — so we'd like to make this mission's individual consequences as character-specific as conceivably possible. Hence, the following questionnaire.
The details are coming soon. What we can say for now is that, with customized consequences, we hope to imbue our upcoming arc with horror that is relevant to each character specifically while not being overwhelming for the player or the character (unless you want it to be). As always, we are here for feedback. This is something new we're trying, so hit us with thoughts as you develop them so we can tweak the process.
Our biggest note: This questionnaire is mandatory for August AC. Once you have filled yours out, please link the comment in your AC so that we can check you off. This is to ensure that we get a full headcount of preferences.
Your answers don't need to be incredibly lengthy or in-depth. What we want is basically an at-a-glance guide for each character's traits. Give us some meat, but keep it to a few sentences per answer at most.
If you play more than one character, please submit each character in a separate comment. Please put your character's name in the subject line of your comment. All comments are screened for privacy and mystery.

Player name & contact: Our default communication if we have questions about this event will be PMs from the mod account. If that isn't a good way of getting in touch with you, please let us know and provide an alternative here.
Opt-in: This event will contain psychological horror, body horror, and D&D-style madness. Opt in or out here.
Favorite types of horror & horror elements: What horror themes are the most fun for you to watch, read about, and/or play out? Are there any in particular that are thematically appropriate for your character that you'd like us to tap into if possible?
Player triggers: Topics you would like us to avoid entirely.
Character.
Character name:
Morality & values: Tell us about the basic tenets of your character's morality structure. What is your character's moral code? What are their core values? What defines right and wrong for them, and how rigid are they in these beliefs?
Strengths: What is your character best at? Which of their skills do they most value? Do they see their strengths as developed through hard work, innate, or other?
Weaknesses: What does your character really dislike about themselves? What is their greatest insecurity? What are their personal demons? What keeps them awake in the middle of the night?
Regrets: If your character could go back in time and change one thing they've done, what would it be? How would they change it?
Character triggers: Is there anything that would be specifically triggering to your character? Would you like the mod team to avoid these triggers or include them in character-specific scenarios? If you would like us to include them, under what circumstances and limitations? Please be aware we may not be able to include every request, but if the opportunity presents itself we will definitely try!
Character goals: Do you have any development goals you are trying to nudge your character towards? If so, and if you are interested in us including elements of these goals in consequences, please let us know! Be as detailed as possible. Again, we may not be able to include every request, but where possible we will definitely incorporate your goals.
